2. Booking Process
To book a tattoo, clients must:
Complete a Tattoo Inquiry Form on this website or message Kevin directly.
Receive a confirmation email approving the project.
Submit a $100 retainer fee to secure the date and time.
No appointment is officially booked until the retainer is received.
3. Retainer Policy
All appointments require a non-refundable $100 retainer.
The retainer is applied toward the final cost of your tattoo.
If you reschedule with at least 24 hours notice, your retainer will transfer to the new date.
If you cancel, no-show, or do not reschedule within 2 weeks of your appointment, the retainer is forfeited.
A new retainer is required to book again.
Retainers are non-transferable to other people or artists.
4. Rescheduling & Cancellations
If you need to reschedule:
Notify Kevin at least 24 hours in advance.
Reschedules must be made within 2 weeks of the original date to keep your retainer valid.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or do not show up, the retainer is lost and a new one will be required to rebook.
Please understand that tattooing is time-based work; last-minute cancellations leave the artist unable to fill the time slot.
5. Pricing & Payment
Pricing varies by design, size, placement, and detail.
Quotes are estimates and may change slightly depending on time or adjustments made during your session.
Payment methods accepted: cash, card, Venmo, or Zelle (details provided in your confirmation email).
Final payment is due the same day as your tattoo.
Tips are never expected but always appreciated.
6. Client Requirements
To get tattooed, you must:
Be 18 years or older with valid photo ID.
Arrive on time, sober, and well-fed.
Avoid alcohol, blood thinners, and sun exposure before your appointment.
Notify the artist of any skin sensitivities, allergies, or medical conditions that could affect tattooing.
The artist reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including health, safety, or behavior concerns.
7. Design & Artistic Rights
All tattoo designs are custom made or based on Kevin’s original artwork and remain intellectual property of the artist.
Designs are not shared or released before the appointment.
Reference images are used only for inspiration—your tattoo will always be uniquely drawn for you.
The artist may make minor adjustments for flow, composition, or technical reasons.
8. Touch-Ups
Touch-ups are available on a case-by-case basis at no cost if needed and approved by the artist.
If the tattoo has been neglected or improperly cared for, standard rates will apply.
9. Aftercare
Aftercare instructions will be provided at the end of your session.
Following them carefully helps ensure proper healing and long-term quality of your tattoo.
You can also review aftercare guidelines anytime on this site’s Aftercare Page.
If you experience unusual irritation, infection, or allergic reaction, contact your healthcare provider immediately.
10. Photography & Portfolio Use
By being tattooed, you agree that photos of your tattoo may be used for Kevin’s portfolio, website, or social media (unless you request otherwise in writing).
Client privacy and identifying features are always respected.
11. Refund Policy
Tattoo services are artistic and time-based.
No refunds are given for completed tattoos, retainers, or design time once the service has been provided.
12. Liability
By booking and attending an appointment, you acknowledge that:
You are voluntarily receiving a tattoo at your own risk.
You have disclosed all necessary health information.
You release Kevin Rapczyk and Liberty Tattoo Co. from any responsibility for adverse reactions, infection, or complications beyond the artist’s control.
