Please fill out this form with all relevant information.
After your form is submitted, you will receive a response as soon as possible. Please be patient, I will respond at my first opportunity. I will not be responding on Sunday/Monday.
I am not able to accept every request I receive.
If I am unable to take on your project, I will be happy to recommend another artist at the shop. My ultimate goal is for you to get the best tattoo possible.
You will receive a response whether I am taking on your project or not.
Please do not submit multiple requests for the same tattoo.
If I choose to take on your project,
I will follow up with the next step in the booking process. If it is something that requires more information you may be asked to schedule a free consultation. I will send you a booking link to lock in your appointment.
My booking times are as follows.
Free Consultation - 30 mins
1 hr @ $200
3 hrs @ $600
5 hrs @ $1,000
After confirming a date and time,
You will need to leave a $100 NON-REFUNDABLE retainer fee. This is not an extra charge. The fee will come off of the price of the tattoo at the end. For multi-session projects, the fee will be deducted after the last session.
